The nature of the discussion on climate change can be overwhelming. So now more than ever it is important to understand the causes of a changing climate. Australia needs a clear climate change vision for the future and to take it's place as a global leader on this issue.

The aim of the  Australian Climate Change Project is to inform and give people hope,  encouraging us to take action now in order that we avoid the many risks in climate change represents to our way of life.

Thus, the Sustainability Street Program in the City of Whitehorse invites Mr Rowan Dowland, a member of the Al Gore Australian Climate Change Project, to present us an overview of the issues around climate change both gloablly and locally. And this Al Gore presentation will be held on 23 of Oct in the City of Whitehorse.
